How to learn physics for IIT JEE

  1. Study in a systematic manner. Every time you sit down to study, you should avoid studying in a haphazard manner. You should follow a proper schedule and cover the topics as per the syllabus. You should also revise the topics regularly and keep track of your progress.

  2. Focus on variety rather than quantity. You should solve a variety of questions, especially numerical questions, rather than solving just one type of question many times. This will help you develop your analytical and problem-solving skills and expose you to different types of questions that can be asked in the exam.

  3. Choose study materials wisely. You should refer to the best books and resources for IIT JEE physics, such as Concepts of Physics by H.C. Verma, Resnick Halliday, and IIT JEE Physics Study Material by BYJU’S123. You should also use online courses and video lectures that can help you visualize the concepts and applications of physics, such as Visual Physics by Physics Wallah.

  4. Make time for revision. You should revise the topics that you have studied at regular intervals and practice mock tests and previous year papers to assess your preparation level. You should also clear your doubts and misconceptions with the help of teachers, mentors, or online forums.

  5. Practice solving questions. You should practice solving as many questions as possible from different sources, such as books, online platforms, sample papers, etc. You should also try to solve the questions within the given time limit and with accuracy. You should also analyze your mistakes and learn from them.
